1. Waste Disposal Costs
Green waste is cheaper to dispose of. Mixed and general waste are more expensive by weight. All waste is handled by Environment Agency Registered Waste Carriers, ensuring no fly tipping.
2. Access & Logistics
Distance from vehicle to garden, narrow access, steps, slopes, or manual handling all increase labour time and cost.
3. Labour & Equipment Required
Some jobs need one person and hand tools. Others require multiple people, machinery, and specialist equipment.

Do I need to be home during the clearance?
As long as access to the garden is arranged, you don't need to be home when we're clearing.
Can you take all types of waste?
We take most types of waste. Hazardous waste, or waste a skip usually wouldn't take (wet paint, liquids, asbestos, etc) we cannot take.
How long does a garden clearance take?
Small clearances may take a few hours.
Most clearances average on 1-3 days for one labourer.
Large, complex clearances can take 5-9+ days for one labourer.
Can you leave flowers and desirable plants and shrubs?
Yes, depending on the customers desires, we can identify the desirable plants and leave them unharmed, helping to rejuvenate the aesthetics of the garden post-clearance.
Can I reduce the cost of my clearance?
Yes - and we're here to work with you.
Options may include reducing scope, spreading the work / cost across months, separating waste types, or leaving certain materials on-site if suitable.
